Join me in an immersive Soul Retreat in the lovely landscape of Playa Grande, Costa Rica. This land is a treasured place I like to call my second home. We will move our bodies therapeutically, engage our breath, tap into intuitive messages from loved ones all while exploring the beaches, local landscape, cuisine, social connection and plenty of space for relaxation.

• Payment plans available
Refund Policy:​
• 50% refund (minus deposit) available up to 45 days before retreat
• No refunds within 45 days of the retreat
